Invited or not, these gals have a way of popping in around this time every year.
They plop themselves right down in the middle of the table among pumpkins and gourds as if they belong. Nervy aren’t they?
As if the uninvited gals are not enough, they are joined by a raven that flies in scattering leaves in every direction. Whatever plans I had for a centerpiece have gone awry as these characters have made the table their own.
I have to give them credit for making it pretty easy to select dishes and flatware,
and those leaves scattered by the raven? With a little Sharpie help, they have just become place cards. You know, this table is turning out to be quite fun thanks to the arrival of uninvited guests.
All in all, the unexpected result is a playful table perfect for the season that lends itself to touches of whimsey!
i so appreciate your visit and the comments you leave behind

I can imagine people eating and thinking that what they’re eating might have some kind of potion in it. 😀 Nice Halloween set up.
The potion may be in the cauldrons the ladies brought with them.
How pretty and with a touch of whimsy. Loved it!
Thank you, Valerie!
Such a pretty table! I am loving what you did with the leaves. So clever!
Thanks, Christine. Everyone got a kick out of the leaves turned place cards.
What a fun table setting! Too cute!
They are surely a playful group of ladies!!!…Although they are uninvited, I am sure once they have arrived it is hard to turn them away…as they look like the life of the party!! Now where should I park my broom!!! 🙂
Fly on in and we’ll find a place for the broom!
LOVE THIS!!

Ahh, the girls area always welcome! What fun they are with their togetherness! They can fly over here anytime to visit my girls – the witches always love company! Adorable!
I love this of course!!! Great colors and fun patterns
Thanks, Tina. Halloween is a fun time to do tables.
