Table Inspiration

Easter bunnyWith daughters being married and having children, most holiday gatherings have transferred to their homes these days.  Though we’ll not have an Easter table here, Flopsy Bunny did find his way out of the closet and onto a table. He’s right at home in the breakfast room happily holding a basket full of the balls I purchased at Ikea with no idea how they would be used.

Pottery Barn tableIf I were doing an Easter table, it would have been hard resisting a few new pieces from Pottery Barn, always a great source for accessories and ideas.

Pottery Barn tableThese porcelain eggs would go right into my shopping basket

Pottery Barn tableas would a few of these cute little bunnies.

Pottery Barn tableMaybe a few glass eggs for the plates or would that have been too many since the porcelain ones are a must?

Pottery Barn tableMaybe the adorable glass baskets would be a better choice.  What do you think?

Pottery Barn tableI was drawn to the silver napkin rings engraved with Family because that’s what holiday gatherings are all about.  Those I might have to have for one of the occasions when we do gather at our house.

Don’t you love venturing out and being inspired by creative table settings that remind us how much fun tablescaping can be?
