Lines are long. Crowds are big.
There’s excitement in the air and joy on faces.
It’s Zoo Lights, an amazing holiday spectacle created at the Houston Zoo.
The animals are asleep in their habitats, but their images light the paths.
Gorillas wonder at all the people.
while their elders keep watch.
Zebras frolic among the crowd.
Cats lounge, nonplussed by all the activity.
The ram looks on with caution.
Feathered creatures keep their distance.
No doubt, here we are in a peaceful kingdom.
No matter where you are, I hope this glittering adventure has brightened your season.
i so appreciate your visit and the comments you leave behind

Wonderful! I adore Christmas lights. Our city is blessed with an abundance of them. THanks for inviting us for a peak. Cherry Kay
