Taking Time to Be

Sometimes days are crazy making it doubly  important to take time out to breathe, to relax, to be.

On those days a few minutes sitting quietly, breathing in and out to these simple words make such a difference.

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am.

Be still and know.

Be still.

Be.

Be still, breathe deeper with each breath, give yourself the gift of a few quiet, simple moments.  They make the rest of the day easier.
