Happy Thanksgiving!

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.

~John Fitzgerald Kennedy

So much we have to be grateful for on this day which for many of us is the favorite holiday of the year.  That is certainly the case around our house where it is a day without stresses and one in which we express our gratitude.

That which I am thankful for is too long to list, but one of them is you.  Many of you are long time friends, some of you are new, some of you I have never met except through the blogosphere, but all of you contribute to my life.  It wouldn’t be the same without you, and I am so grateful for your presence in my ever changing tapestry.

Happy Thanksgiving wherever you are!

  2. Happy Thanksgiving, Linda. We enjoyed getting together in Dallas for a wonderful turkey meal with Leon’s family and mine. It was delicious. We try to do something together when we all meet. This year we all bought lottery tickets, put them in envelopes (each one picking an envelope) – and scratching off the ticket. Our grandson won $50! So that went to the right person. He was smiles the rest of the day.

  3. Happy Thanksgiving LJ.
